Return Policy


Your satisfaction is our biggest priority. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please e-mail within 5 days of receipt and we will be glad to exchange it for a replacement. If said item is out of stock, we will give you the option to exchange for another like-priced item or to send it back for a full refund. If you receive the wrong size ordered or wrong item altogether, you must return the incorrect item, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received it. We will e-mail you a prepaid postage label so all you have to do is mail it! You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning an item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email advising we have received the returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your order will be refunded in the original method of payment. The exception to this is if you prefer store credit over a refund.

Requests for returns or exchanges due to the ordering of the wrong size, fit, or improper washing techniques will not be granted. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once turned over to USPS. Once USPS has the package it is out of our hands. Customer service is our top priority and we thank you for your understanding! 


Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. If you need further assistance, please e-mail us at If you accidentally order the wrong size, please e-mail immediately after and if we still have the item in the size you requested, we will be happy to switch it for you. Please order carefully.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received the refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it can take time for the payment to post. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund please contact us at

Only Regular Priced items may be refunded. Sales items cannot be refunded as they are final sale.
